APPLICATIONS AND PAYOUTS

Affiliate privacy.

WeeTabs uses the information below to check affiliate eligibility, secure accounts and administer accepted referrals. Programme and privacy contact: [email protected].

What an application contains

Name, email, self-selected country, public channel URL, a short audience description and confirmation that you are at least 18. We do not ask for birthdate, browsing history, customer lists, a vault password or wallet details during initial application. Email verification proves access to an inbox, not government identity.

Account and finance data

We use short-lived email proofs and secure account cookies. Withdrawal requests store their amount verified at request time, status and review record. A minimal operational alert containing the request reference and amount is sent to the programme operator; it contains no wallet address or customer identities. Approved partners supply accepted terms and necessary payout/accounting information. Payout destinations are encrypted in server storage with access restricted to authorised operations; this is not end-to-end encryption from the programme operator. Financial accounting records referral/purchase references, collected amounts, adjustments and receipts, not customer vault content.

Providers and public chains

Cloudflare hosts the service and verification protections. Stripe processes customer payments. Cloudflare delivers verification emails. Binance may be used by WeeTabs to fund approved USDT payouts on Solana; recipients do not need a Binance account. A receiving address and transfer amount are shared with the funding provider when a payout is made. USDT wallet addresses, amounts and transaction relationships can be publicly visible on the blockchain and cannot be deleted by WeeTabs.

No browsing surveillance

No affiliate tracking pixel, third-party analytics, extension referral SDK, click-stream database or automatic cross-install tracking is used. Customers explicitly confirm referral codes. URLs can contain a referral code and infrastructure can log URLs; we minimize that information and do not call the service zero-metadata.

Retention and your choices

Unverified drafts expire within 24 hours, email codes within ten minutes and account sessions within 12 hours, with a shorter idle timeout. Inactive/declined/waitlisted applications expire after 90 days from review or authenticated confirmation; ordinary security logs last 30 days and short-lived rate-limit hashes 24 hours. Financial and accepted-terms records are retained for at least seven years after final settlement, and longer where an outstanding obligation, dispute or legal requirement needs them. Deleting an account does not erase valid accounting obligations or public-chain records.
